After a great success, CMCC is back with summer camp for Chinmaya Family in Calgary. Indra ji and Manju ji are planning a summer camp for children at Giridhar. This is a great fundraiser event besides educating children, by putting their best efforts.
When: Monday July 15 – Friday July 19th 2024 (5 days)
Time: 9.30 am to 4 pm
Venue: Chinmaya Giridhar – 1016 40th Avenue NW Calgary AB T2K 0E9
Age group of the children: Rising grades 3 to grade 7, as of Sept 2024 (limited Seats Max 25)
Fee: $150 / participant ( e-transfer: treasurer@chinmayacalgary.org)
Purpose: To impart and inculcate our values and culture in a fun manner
Food arrangement: Children bring their own lunch.
The camp will include a variety of activities like chanting Hanuman Chalisa with meaning, slokas and bhajans, hands-on baking and craft, inspiring stories from our scriptures, indoor games etc to name a few.
The registration cut off date May 31 , 2024. All registering parents must sign a No Claims declaration with CMCC, the organisers & fill an application form in full with children medical conditions if any.
This is a voluntary service and all the proceeds go to CMCC. We reserve all the rights in selection / cancellations of the event.
